Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announced the launch of a new series of solid tantalum patch capacitors - 592W.Stability and durability of the pulse of the 592 w capacitor for wireless modem working mode is designed, in 6.3 V ~ 10 V voltage range, with 330 mu F ~ 2200 u F high capacitance value, the height of the three dimension is 1.6 mm and 2.0 mm.The capacitor released today has stable electrical properties at various temperatures, pulse repetition intervals and voltage conditions. It can be used in wireless modems, solid-state drives and mobile stereo audio as a large capacity storage capacitor. The 592W capacitor adopts small size C (7.1 mm x 3.2 mm), M (7.5 mm x 6.3 mm) and x (14.5mm x 7.37mm) contour encoding, which is the first such device with 750 mu F capacity under 10V in M shape. The 592W series can reduce the number of components and save PCB space with small placeholders and high volume values.Capacitor after the surge current test, in line with RoHS standard, can be in - 55 ℃ ~ + 125 ℃ (voltage derating) working temperature range, standard capacity values of tolerance is plus or minus 20%.The 592W series of capacitors can now provide samples and have achieved mass production. The supply cycle of bulk orders is eight weeks to ten weeks.
